As
parents, we always stress a little bit when it comes to travelling
overseas, as it often means: jet-lag! But not to worry too much, infants
and toddlers get back on track really quickly!
Aside
from the advice given in a previous post, Baby Included wanted to add
that if your little one seems to be back to his normal routine sleep
within a day or two, jet-lag can be seen through his eating pattern. So
don't worry if baby does not eat well, at least for the first week.Their
stomach needs time to readjust and to feel hunger too.
